Pixi Endless Shade Stick Review

Eyeshadow sticks sound like a great idea as a quick and easy way to get some color on the eyes, but that is one type of product I’ve never been able to use. They’re not exactly ideal for those of us with oily or hooded eyes because they crease too quickly. Thankfully, Pixi created an amazing formula in their Endless Shade Sticks that solves all of those problems!

Pixi Beauty products can usually be found in most Target stores, but they are also available for purchase on the brand’s website. Each of these shade sticks include .05 oz of product and retail for $14. There are seven shades to choose from and sometimes they even add a few limited edition colors.

They are packaged in the traditional Pixi green plastic with rose gold lettering. The color of each pencil is shown on the bottom along with each shade name. They are all retractable and don’t require any sharpening. Some of the key ingredients in this formula include Green Tea for its antioxidant properties, Aloe Vera to soothe and hydrate, and Chamomile to calm the skin.

The three shades that I have are One & Done, CopperGlaze, and MatteCocoa. Although they all have an incredibly smooth and pigmented formula, One & Done and CopperGlaze appear more pigmented upon first application because of their shimmer finish. MatteCocoa has the same creamy formula, but may require some blending to make its matte finish more seamless.

While these have a very creamy formula, once they set in place they are good all day long. I do tend to set these with a pressed powder eyeshadow on top, but it’s not absolutely necessary. As shown in some of my recent tutorials, Pixi Summer Glow and Copper Eyeshadow, these work great as both a base and as eyeliner.

These are definitely a product that I would recommend! The formula is perfect, all of the shades are incredibly wearable, they’re super versatile and great for travel. If you’ve been looking for a good eyeshadow stick, this is it!
