VIIcode Oxygen Eye Mask Review
If there’s one thing that is a constant reminder of age, it’s dark under eye circles and wrinkles. I might still be considered pretty “young” but at 25, those dark circles and wrinkles have already come out to play. That needs to be stopped immediately! I’ve tried many under eye creams before and that’s one (if not the only) product that I have yet to find a favorite. I haven’t tried many eye masks before and testing out the VIIcode Oxygen Eye Masks was definitely something new for me. I didn’t exactly know what to expect, but I’ll go ahead and tell you I’m very happy with the results!
VIIcode has two versions of Oxygen Eye Masks on their site, one is to refresh and repair, and the other is for dark circles - which is the one I tried. You can purchase these on the VIIcode website. For one box with six treatments inside, the retail price is $58 shipping included. They claim to minimize the signs of aging and damage by eliminating dark circles and puffiness under the eyes, leaving the skin firm, hydrated, brighter and with a more even complexion. Some of the ingredients include grapeseed oil to promote the restoration of collagen, seaweed to hydrate, and white tea to increase moisture retention in the skin.
It is recommended that you use the eye masks about 2-3 times per week, eight hours at a time. I do use them as often throughout the week as they suggest, however, I typically put mine on in the morning and let them sit for about 2-4 hours while I drink my coffee, get some blog work done, or whatever else I need to do. On the other side of the white paper that you see in the picture below, these have a really interesting gel-like material. I’ve never felt anything like it before and I love the cooling sensation it provides. I have also let them sit in the fridge overnight for a more refreshing application in the morning.
I actually can’t believe it, but I have really seen a difference using these masks! What I especially love about using them in the mornings is that my under eye area is very firm after removing them, which allows for flawless makeup the rest of the day. I honestly wasn’t expecting very much from these, but I’m very happy to report that they did exactly what they claim to do!
